Education аs an Attribute of Gender Stratification of Women in the Ukrainian SSR in the 1920–1930s

Abstract

Education is an inseparable part of the socio-economic stratification of any person, let alone female gender representatives in the patriarchal society.The Bolsheviks established their authority and  paid great attention to education of all levels. A significant part of this reform had of controversion and some of the actions had mythified in the historiography.The main thesis  of this study is to show the availability of different levels of education for the "New woman" and "fellow travelers", and whether professional education has become a way of horizontal and vertical mobility.
