Abstract

In the context of new challenges that have arisen for Ukrainian society with the beginning of a full-scale invasion, the deterioration of the socio-economic situation of the population and the increase in the number of potential recipients of social services, the question arises of the need to improve the system of providing social services and professional interaction between service providers, based on the implementation of an inclusive approach. The issue of building an inclusive state is a priority for the modern world and is considered not only from the perspective of increasing the economic well-being of the population, but, first of all, is based on world standards of equal rights and opportunities, and the involvement of citizens in the realization of their human potential.

The modern approach to the problem should take into account the effective and constant interaction of existing state administration bodies, local authorities, and the public sector, as equal participants in the process of «inclusion» of all citizens into public life with equal rights and opportunities.

The article presents specific proposals and models for cooperation between the state and the public sector in the processes of building a socially oriented, inclusive state.
