Abstract

The article examines the principles of implementing innovative development projects and digitalization of the healthcare system in Ukraine in the context of European integration, analyzes regulatory and legal support, and justifies the use of methodological approaches and tools for implementing innovative projects for the digital development of the healthcare system, as well as outlines areas for their improvement in the medium term in the context of European integration.
It is substantiated that the implementation of innovative projects for the digital development of the healthcare system in Ukraine significantly enhances progress in this area on the path to its systemic modernization and requires a comprehensive approach that concerns the formation of an appropriate digital ecosystem, taking into account increased funding and improvement of the resource, technological and regulatory framework, including paying special attention to improving the qualifications of personnel and further continuous development of medical workers.
It has been proven that the prospects of e-health in Ukraine are associated with increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the healthcare system, taking into account the best international and European practices of implementing innovative social investment projects, ensuring transparency and zero tolerance for corruption, which will allow the subjects of the relevant system to quickly and timely collect the most reliable medical information, and avoid additional resource costs.
