State policy of renewable energy development in Ukraine.
Abstract
The article explores the current aspects of state policy on the development of renewable energy in the context of global challenges related to climate change, depletion of traditional resources, and environmental pollution. It reveals the characteristics of renewable and alternative energy sources, their advantages, and their role in strengthening energy security, ecological sustainability, and ensuring economic growth. The article analyzes the legal framework, institutional structure, and current state of renewable energy development in the context of war, which made it possible to identify key issues and justify the directions for improving state policy in this area. The importance of developing a decentralized energy system as one of the approaches to enhancing energy resilience to external threats is emphasized. The necessity of improving the legal framework, optimizing the functions of government bodies, ensuring coordinated interaction between the state and the private sector in developing and implementing renewable energy projects, and stimulating scientific research and investments for achieving sustainable development of the energy sector is highlighted.
