Adherence to rule of law in activities of Social Security Fund of Ukraine

Abstract

Some features of the observance of the rule of law principle in the activities of the Social Security Fund of Ukraine are highlighted. The shortcomings of the legal provision of compulsory state social security were identified and the necessity to bring the provisions of the normative acts of Ukraine into the conclusions of the Venice Commission regarding the rule of law principle was
emphasized.
