Abstract

The legal sources regulating the directions of state policy in the field of the establishment and use of coastal protective strips are analyzed in Ukraine. The theoretical and legal basis of public management of coastal protective strips has been determined. The proposals on improving the political and legal regulation of public management of coastal protection strips in Ukraine are
formulated.
