Abstract

We studied the activation energy of the chemiluminescence of the blood serum (BS) using the change of the sample temperature. The effect of the Fe2+ ions on the activation energy of the blood serum was performed as well. The results obtained show the increase of the activation energy under the influence of Fe2+. The experiments on the establishment of the connection between the activation energy and concentration of FeSO4 are performed. The obtained results are attributed to the increase in the number of reaction centers.
