Non-specific modification of the structural and dynamic state of the surface and hydrophobic zone in erythrocyte membrane in the presence of amphiphilic compounds was demonstrated. The degree of the change in transmembrane microviscosity and physical and chemical membrane properties has been determined by polar groups of amphiphilic molecules.  ER -
