The individual thermograms of samples have been received. It is shown that the processes corresponding endo and exothermic peaks above 200°С are irreversible. The results obtained indicate that the shape of DSC curves at different sealing essentially differs. It is received, that different content of water in a sample affect the displaying processes, namely for humid samples of D-ribose and uridine-5'-triphosphate endothermic peaks above 200°С was absent and the temperature of a maximum of exothermic peaks has decreased. For all samples, the temperatures of the destruction process were determined, and the values of effective heat and effective activation energy were calculated. ER -
