It was showed the model impossibility to reproduce the changes of enzymatic activity in the wide range of the Na+ and K+ ion concentrations. It was offered the scheme of the Na+,K+-ATPase's work, with regard to the ion's competition for the ion-binding sites. It was showed the capability of the model, which was on the scheme's basic created to reproduce the dependence of the enzymatic activity on the ions concentration. It was offered the scheme, that represents the Na+,K+-ATPase's work as two independent reaction cycles accountable for the transport of Na+ and K+. The coordination of the facts predicted by the model, that was built on the basis of this scheme with the experimental data has been analyzed. The models, that reflect the dependence of the ions transport rates by the Na+,K+- pump on the concentrations of the Na+ and K+ ions were created. ER -
