By means of thenzodilatometric method there were detected dependences of relative volume of dimethyl sulfoxide - sodium chloride - water (nc0=0,1;R=14) and dimethyl sulfoxide - sodium chloride - water (nc0=0,2; R=30) solutions on temperature at freezing with 1°C/min and 5°C/min rates and thawing with 1°C/min one. Dependences of ice volumetric part and cryoprotectant concentration in a liquid phase of these solutions on temperature are established. The obtained results testify that with an increase in cooling rate of cryoprotectant solution the amount of ice which is formed in it at freezing, at the same temperature decreases, that, obviously, is caused by an increase in deviation from thermodynamic balance between ice crystals and surrounding them water solution with an increase in cooling rate. Developed theoretical and experimental approach allows basing on thenzodilatometric measurements to determine the dependency of cryoprotectant concentration in a frozen cryoprotective solution on temperature.
