The methods of spectrofluorimetry and spectrophotometry have been used. It was shown, that the influence of ozone on studied objects has a precise dose-dependent character. The threshold value of ozone doze at which the destructive action of ozone on yeast cells starts to appear has been established. A decrease of microviscosity of annular lipids under the action of ozone was found. It was shown, that own fluorescence of CE and SAB increases at low doses of ozone. The intensity of own fluorescence of CE and SAB decreases down to the complete disappearance at high doses of ozone. It specifies the severe destruction of these molecules under the action of ozone.</p>}, number={16}, journal={Biophysical Bulletin}, author={Musina, I. A. and Belykh, I. A. and Onishchenko, E.
