It was found that hydration of native BSA is 0.2 - 0.25 g/g.
Concentration dependence of dielectric permittivity has a complicated character. For low concentrated protein solutions (up to 20 mg/ml) the value of dielectric permittivity for radiation-exposed protein samples
is less than that in control that indicates an increase of water bounded by protein. For higher concentrations (more than 20 mg/ml) the dielectric permittivity grows and exceeds control roughly level by one
unit under exposure to dose 15 Gy and half unit at dose 30 Gy that can be explained by protein structure indurations.</p>}, number={16}, journal={Biophysical Bulletin}, author={Durkalo, N.
