Representativeness of vascular plants growing on cretaceous deposits in North-Eastern Ukraine (Kharkiv region) in CWU Herbarium has been analyzed. Calciphilic species listed in the Red Book of Ukraine are presented by 18 plant species (66 herbarium specimens); 27 were rare regional flora (141 h. s.); herbarium of calciphytes was collected from 28 localities. The National Natural Park “Dvurechanskii”, Botanical Reserves “Volchanskii”, “Korobochkino” and “Kreidyanyi” are represented by the most number of speciments (more than half of the herbarium collections). There has been determined that the taxonomic diversity of rare fraction in regional cretaceous flora and diversity of localities are underrepresented in the herbarium. For revision of conservation status of rare species, it has been proposed to take into account the chorological data.
