Abstract

The role and place of the key social institutions, such as the state, the market, the civil society and the family in the process of birth rate regulation have been considered. The author has suggested
changing the con guration in the system of relationship between the given social institutions to provide the family thorough support in order to improve its genital activity. The binary relations between the family and the rest of the social institutions have been considered.
