LAPAROSCOPIC SPLENECTOMY IN THE TREATMENT OF HEMATOLOGY DISEASES

Abstract
From 2000 till 2004 it has been executed 24 LSE by the patient with hematology diseases. Mobilization of a spleen and crossing of a vascular leg was made by three ways: electric coagulation tools, sewing devices and ultrasonic scalpel. In the postoperative period was made preventive maintenance tromboembolism complications with use of direct and indirect anticoagulants in a combination with disaggregants. High efficiency and relative safety LSE, and also reliability ultrasonic scalpel is shown at dissection fabrics and realization of a hemostasis.
