PECULIARITIES OF LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECISTECTOMIA AND DRENAGING OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY AT DESTRUCTIVE CHOLECISTITIS

Abstract
Are shown the results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 145 patients with acute destructive cholecystitis. Is offered the dissection of gallbladder wall for better identification of triangle Callot structures in oedematic hepatoduodenal ligament. For simplification of operative measure are constructed raspatories and conductors of tubular drainages. Are designed the rational schemes of a drainage of abdominal cavity. All this has allowed to decrease bed-day up to 7,2, and quantity of complications up to 1,3%.
