РОЛЬ ПАРЛАМЕНТСЬКИХ ІНСТИТУЦІЙ У РЕГІОНАЛЬНИХ ІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ОБ’ЄДНАННЯХ: ПОРІВНЯЛЬНО-ПРАВОВИЙ АНАЛІЗ
Анотація
На сьогодні регіональна економічна інтеграція є однією з визначальних тенденцій сучасних міжнародних відносин. Проте, розвиток регіональних інтеграційних об’єднань у силу різних причин зіштовхнувся із необхідністю «парламентаризації» інституційних систем. Стаття пропонує порівняльно-правовий аналіз функцій та повноважень парламентських асамблей, найбільш відомих та значущих регіональних інтеграційних об’єднань. У статті обґрунтовується теза про те, що рівень участі парламентської асамблеї у діяльності інтеграційного об’єднання, а також спектр її функцій та повноважень залежить від цілей та обраної моделі інтеграції. При цьому підвищення рівня інтеграції призводить до «парламентаризації» усієї інституціональної системи, що виражається у розширенню функцій і повноважень парламентської асамблеї.Завантаження
