Abstract

The physical model that allows describing the natural and forced fluctuation movements at isometric muscle contractions has been proposed. The natural oscillations were described by acoustical and optical phonons in the model of the one-dimensional lattice with actin and myosin filaments in the primitive cell. The proposed dynamical equations system for induced fluctuation movements of muscle sarcomeres accounts in explicit form the overlapping areas of actin and myosin filaments as active elements of muscle fibrils. The theoretical research of ultrasound doppler response of muscles at physical processes which induces the muscle contractions has been carried out. It was established that the spectral characteristics of values of local muscle movements measured by the Doppler method are in a close connection with the spectrum of natural oscillations of muscle fibrils as a mechanical system.
